1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the spinplus app platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3. Account Creation and Security

You agree not to share your login details with any third party, including family members or friends. Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access your account or interact with the platform is also strictly prohibited.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
All users of spinplus app are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to spinplus app, other users, or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, engaging in collusion, or using the platform to launder funds. Any detected attempt at fraud or abuse will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of spinplus app complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in the Philippines or any other jurisdiction from which you access the platform. You must not use any software, hardware, or other tools designed to interfere with or gain an unfair advantage on the platform. spinplus app reserves the right to investigate any activity it reasonably suspects to be in breach of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including suspending or permanently closing the account in question. Users who have been penalised for violations will not be entitled to a refund of any deposits or bonuses associated with the breached account.
5. Platform Usage Rules
spinplus app provides access to a range of entertainment products including sportsbook, slot online, live casino, and fish game categories. All games and features on the platform are intended for personal entertainment only and must not be used for commercial gain or any purpose inconsistent with their design. Users must not attempt to access parts of the platform to which they have not been granted access, reverse-engineer any component of the service, or scrape data from the platform without prior written consent.
All game results on spinplus app are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes over game outcomes must be raised with our support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event. spinplus app will review all disputes fairly and its decision will be final and binding. The platform reserves the right to void any bet, transaction, or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, data error, or any other circumstance beyond normal operational parameters. In such cases, affected stakes may be returned to the user's account balance at spinplus app's sole discretion.
6. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on spinplus app are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Users are responsible for any fees charged by their bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor in connection with deposits and withdrawals. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or subject to further verification. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification procedures. spinplus app processes withdrawal requests in a timely manner, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. All transactions are logged and can be reviewed in your account history. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, please contact our support team within seven (7) days of the transaction date. spinplus app does not accept cash transactions and is not responsible for funds sent through unapproved channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

While spinplus app takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of information and the proper functioning of the platform, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected immediately. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to cease using it and close your account. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
spinplus app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. Where an account is suspended for investigation, the user will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, unless doing so would compromise the integrity of the investigation. Accounts found to be in serious violation of these Terms may be closed immediately without prior notice.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the spinplus app support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied. Accounts that have been closed due to a breach of Terms will have their balances reviewed on a case-by-case basis; spinplus app retains the right to withhold funds where fraud or abuse has been established. Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for an extended period — may be flagged for review and users will be notified before any action is taken.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on spinplus app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of spinplus app or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The spinplus app name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content from the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit any platform content, collect and use product listings or descriptions, make derivative works based on platform content, or download or copy account information for the benefit of a third party. Any breach of these intellectual property provisions may result in immediate account closure and legal action where appropriate.
10. Third-Party Links and Services

Where third-party game content is made available on spinplus app, the rules and outcomes of those games are governed by the respective game provider's certified systems. spinplus app acts as the platform operator and is not the game developer or certifying body. Any disputes specifically related to the fairness or integrity of a third-party game should be directed first to spinplus app support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf. spinplus app shall not be held liable for any losses directly attributable to a third-party technical failure where spinplus app has no reasonable means of prevention or control.
11. Changes to These Terms
spinplus app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.
